I found my guys, but that's what I first walk in there APPARENTLY is a WHOLE CREW of OLDER DUDES who due the WORK, and YOUNGER GUYS and ALTOGETHER, I have a PHENOMENAL TEAM of DUDES that know how to take a FRANKENSTEIN, RIg, like mine and turn it back INTO E250 VAN that's SAFE to be on the road. They were so concerned that they didn't deliver when they said they would, but I'm not because of GRESHAM 4 ALIGNMENT is a QUALITY of WORK. and the MANPOWER and the QUALITY of MEN BEHIND the FRONT DESK that I'm more CONCERNED about. I need these guys to be WELL RESTED and ENJOY the WEEKEND like I will. So when I come to pick up my Rig, whenever it's done, everybody's a 100%! Quentin was the one that told me I should not be driving this rig.Of course, he didn't say it like that.Because they have liability issues. I told QUENTIN, I needed a hard.No, to NOT DRIVE the RIG. His answer to that question was to just drive it home only! My solution to the PROBLEM, is this SOMETHING you repair, and if yes. LET'S GET GOING! Dog's, Women & 4WD Van, 150% COMMITMENT, to MAKING SURE EVERYTHING is SAFE for ME.......

I had some good and bad experiences at Gresham 4 Wheel Drive, first I had a winch and power running boards installed in my 2014 Jeep Wangler JK which I think they did a good job. Then they did some suspensions repairs on my jeep and I didn’t even make it home when I experienced some Death Wobble plus the welding they did on it was not very good ether which I think is very unsafe which can result in having an accident. It’s now been a month and I haven’t been able to find a solution with this business because they want me to cover towing when it isn’t my fault that they weren’t able to do a good job the first time. I have had to take my Jeep to Les shrub to see if they could fix the problem but I was recommended to take the vehicle back to the shop because it needs major repairs. Then I took my Jeep to the dealership which I had to pay 250 for a diagnostic to get told by the technician to take the vehicle back to the shop that did the work. All of this is not very nice because it’s the only car I own and it’s now useless because of the work they do which if I had know that this would happen I would have never done this repairs in the beginning because it has been costing me money and time I have been losing to get this Problem solved. After Gresham 4 wheeI drive saw this review they got back to me and arranged how to get the vehicle back to their shop and wanted to thank Gresham 4 Wheel Drive for paying 2 and a half hours of towing of my Jeep in order to fix the welding and the steering stops that were adjusted to prevent the tires from contacting.

The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Tysen, the manager, did an outstanding job with pricing and helping me locate the wheels and tires I needed for the build. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Randy, the technician who installed the lift, did top-notch work. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing, and the install came out perfect. Quentin handled the alignment and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was lined up perfectly. Overall, the customer service and quality of work were excellent. I couldn’t be happier with how my truck turned out. I highly recommend Gresham 4 Wheel Drive to anyone looking for lifts, tires, or professional-level service!

***Update*** Unfortunately the issue repeated itself but again, the team was awesome! They got me in next day, took care of me do the inconvenience and since they have mechanics on staff with prior specific dealer experience, they went through my Jeep with a fine tooth comb. The owner called me personally to make sure I was taken care of. We are definitely planning to be loyal customers and refer friends going forward. Tyson and Vitali his brother and their team are all great! Inevitably things will go wrong. What shows the true value of a service co is not when everything goes as planned, but when $ hits the fan. I had my wrangler in for a full front end service(ball joints, tie rods, steering knuckle, etc) and had an issue I notice once I got home and drove it more. I live 1hr away in Wa so bringing it by is not a quick “bring it by so we can check it out” That’s said, the owner Vitali got on it for me and not only assured the issue was corrected himself, he had his crew change my oil for me(I planned to do it that day but due to me having to bring it back, he offered to since I had the oil and filters) All in all, I trust them and will be a regular for any of my 4x4 needs.

Ever since Nolan sold the company tanked in customer service. Last time I was in there they were trying to sell me stuff i didnt need for my truck saying their techs break my hardware so to be safe buy before... also they claim to rotation tires but you have to double check they even do that now.... I used to come here since I was 19 and now im 35... I go to les shawb and they treat me and my truck with respect... ill never go to another point S ever

First of all this place has amazing customer service and they know exactly what they’re doing. I used them 3 times in the past for 3 different vehicle to do alignment, they do a great job every time. Their alignment comes with 3 months warranty, price is not too bad for the service you’re getting.

The team at Gresham 4 wheel drive was wonderful. I had recently installed an Ironman lift on my 2025 Subaru. I scheduled an appointment and the process was easy. I received text reminders too! process. I waited in the lobby which had a restroom that was clean. Clean rest room clean shop :-). The car drove great. No driving left when I wanted to go right. I wan to give a shout out to Vatalie for fixing a lose sway bar nut that I had failed to tighten when I installed the lift kit.

I can't say enough how awesome my experience was, from getting a quote and having the work done in a timely fashion. I had a horrible experience with another shop nearby. We all had a good laugh at my truck, the other shop lowered the front 3.5 inches and had the back up 6.5 inches. I felt like a out of work drug dealer from 1970. It drove like a pig. Gresham 4 wheel Drive fixed it and packaged up the old new parts and I took them back for a refund. The other shop though they were new never installed, I had to assure them they were there parts. Thank you Gresham 4 wheel drive, I love my truck now.
